HD-100 This heavy-duty lifter is our lifter of choice! We have sold and installed more than 250 of these tippers and have experienced 0 (zero) failures. The HD-100 has been designed as a durable and dependable cart lifter for residential collection routes. It features a 500 lb. lifting capacity, has very few moving parts, and a spring loaded lower hook safely and automatically secures carts everytime. Model RS100 & RL100 The Rotary Series lifters are a versatile design able to be used for rearloading, sideloading, even mounted to a front-load carry can. These units are exceptionally thin, at only 5 1/2" thick! Yet they boast a high dump height and deep penetration for maximum performance and reduced spillage. Main features of the Rotary Series: * Ultra-Thin design allows for easy access to hopper, combined residential and commercial routes possible with minimal cutting into the sill * Simple construction, very few moving parts * Spring-loaded lower hook safely and automatically secures carts every time * Nearly maintenance free, with Teflon bushing and oil-seals at all pivot points * Brand New Ultra-Compact Rotary Actuator designed specifically for the waste industry * Higher lifting capacity than comparable models Model SL100 series The Sideloader Series lifters have been designed as a versatile lifter, useable for sideloading or dockside dumping when included with a mobile stand and optional power unit. This series dumps high and deep into the hopper for maximum performance, yet is thin enough to allow for easy access to the hopper. Main features of the Sideloaders: * Thin design allows for easy access to hopper * Spring-loaded lower hook safely and automatically secures carts every time * Nearly maintenance free, with Teflon bushing and oil-seals at all pivot points * Higher lifting capacity than comparable models
